October, 2024— Building on nine successful years of the Nashville Analytics Summit, the Nashville Innovation Summit took place at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, serving as a platform for discussions on innovation and leadership, cybersecurity, data, and AI.
Trinetix CTO Sam Ferrise had the honor of speaking at the event, presenting alongside renowned thought leaders such as Larry Keeley, President and Co-founder of Doblin Inc.; Maria Cardow, Chief Information Officer at Aon's Cyber Solutions; and a diverse group of C-level executives.
Sam’s presentation, Courage to Infuse Innovation Culture in Your Organization, explored the core principles of successful innovation adoption—emphasizing the importance of building a culture of innovation across the enterprise to support effective change management and opportunity discovery.

During his talk, Sam examined three well-known case studies of companies that failed to innovate: Xerox, BlackBerry, and JCPenney. By breaking down each case, he highlighted the reasons behind their struggles and shared key lessons and takeaways. He wrapped up with a thoughtful and engaging Q&A session, underscoring the essential role of collaboration and communication in driving innovation success.
It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow innovators and discuss how creating a Culture of Innovation is essential to thriving in today’s rapidly changing tech landscape.
