June 2025 — This summer, emotions and excitement are peaking across Nashville’s sport-loving communities as the 2nd annual Music City Premier League (MCPL) Tournament kicked off on June 1. As a company dedicated to cultivating teamwork and partnerships across both organizations and individuals, Trinetix is honored to join the experience as the tournament's title sponsor.

For Trinetix, being a title sponsor became more than an opportunity to network—it was a celebration of teamwork, strategy, and experiences that inspire and motivate consistent change and improvement.
Being Nashville’s first franchise-based league, the Music City Premier League goes beyond connecting cricket enthusiasts and long-time fans. It serves as a platform for prominent figures in Nashville’s business landscape and history, and as an ever-growing love letter written by vetted Nashville professionals united by their love for cricket.
From passion to vision
Arun Paul, Kumar Kolin, and Hitesh Talati are known to the tech and healthcare communities of Nashville as leaders and strategists with numerous outstanding operations under their belts. But to Nashville’s world of sports and cricket, they are the people who made the Nashville Cricket Association and the Music City Premier League possible. Arun Paul fondly recounts the beginning of the MCPL journey together with Hitesh Talati and Kumar Kolin, soon after he came to Nashville.
Hitesh has been playing cricket for more than 10 years. He and his team built the first ground here in Nashville, working with Metro Parks, and that is the ground on which MCPL is being conducted today. Thanks to Hitesh, we have a cricket community here.
We started cricket together very early on, and Arun Paul actually took NCA to where it is today. And Kumar, right when I was in Deloitte, sponsored us and really took us to the next level in terms of where cricket is today in Nashville.
We've been friends for over 15 years, done a lot of work together, had a lot of fun together, and then for me, this is just another part of our relationship, another part of our friendship.
Nowadays, Nashville’s Cricket Association represents a much bigger picture than a platform for cricket fans. In 23 years, the association has grown to over 30 Nashville teams and gained official recognition by the USA Cricket Association in 2020. With cricket making its way back to the 2028 Olympics, MCPL 2025 has had a strong start and run, remaining optimistic about the future.

Preserving the legacy, empowering generations
Arun Paul, Hitesh Talati, and Kumar Kolin see the NCA not as a mere platform for cricket fans, but as the agent of change.
Nashville Cricket Association has become the key driver for reimagining cricket and making it part of Nashville’s heart. Having started NCA Youth Cricket Training in 2016, the NCA has been forging new, long-term partnerships with colleges and high schools ever since.
By engaging talented youth to train and discover their potential at the NCA Youth Cricket Academy, the association has been able to kickstart multiple successful cricket careers, with young players participating in cricket tournaments across the United States.
NCA Youth Cricket Academy is associated with the Junior Major League Cricket network, which is a pathway for girls and boys who want to play Minor League Cricket and USA Cricket Zonals. We currently have teams in the U11, U13, U15, and U17 age groups in the Georgia TN hub.
To Arun, supporting and promoting cricket among younger groups is a matter of culture and connection.
Many Nashville communities have been playing and enjoying cricket for generations: numerous NCA fans have been supporting every event ever since the association’s founding and fondly remember watching their own grandparents play cricket. Engaging younger generations is part of building bridges between past, present, and future—preserving one-of-a-kind culture and memories, and letting them transition into something new and beautiful.
This is what makes any innovation, any change, truly great. NCA is a story, and each time it opens with a bigger, greater chapter. It’s an honor to have a part in such a story.
As an enabler of change, Trinetix aspires to do more than bring technological transformation.
The main mission lies in transforming industries, systems, and processes to trigger new, impactful developments that bring fresh perspectives and improvements to people's lives.

Being the title sponsor of MCPL allows us to contribute to NCA’s long-term growth objectives. These are the opportunities Trinetix, as a proactive supporter of Nashville’s growth, is always looking forward to. Congratulations to the winners, Franklin Royal Challengers, and thank you to all the participants, guests, and the brilliant organizers for creating such an amazing experience.
