Although Trinetix is a US company we process your data in the EU by using EU datacenters.

In case Trinetix shall transfer any of your data processed for marketing purposes to the US we will ask for your explicit consent.

3. Retention

We keep all Your data as Controller for the duration of our business relationship and for the time needed to fulfil legal obligations.

In accordance to data we process solely under your consent the retention period is one year.

The data we process solely under legitimate interest the retention period is 1 month. In case You have objected to further processing we will minimise data we have to your email and keep for 1 year so we are sure we will no longer bother you.

Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy

As Trinetix changes from time to time, this Privacy Policy is expected to change as well.
