Meanwhile, 74% of company managers are skeptical about this prognosis, with 54% believing there is a disparity between leaders’ expectations and reality.

Among the reasons for their mental states, the respondents mentioned the fear of getting sick while working at the office and not knowing the company's vision, i.e., being uncertain about their future.

This change is unavoidable. It has affected many groups of people and will continue doing so as challenges keep piling up. As employees' mental health concerns have increased significantly since the pandemic, they are more inclined to prioritize their well-being and look for a company capable of providing mental health resources.
