The venture is headquartered in Estonia and led by three industry executives who join as partners and shareholders
September 9, 2026 — Trinetix Holding has established Trinetix Digital Europe OÜ, a new telecom joint venture in a partnership with the experienced technology leaders. The venture is being built as a specialized industry business with telecommunications as its primary focus. Headquartered in Estonia, Trinetix Digital Europe OÜ serves telecom sector across EMEA region.
It delivers complex industry solutions built on robust connectivity foundations, applying automation and applied AI to accelerate OSS/BSS transformation, advanced data management, network automation, and AI-enabled managed operations.
Telecom powers the modern world, and our ambition goes far beyond standard delivery metrics. We are combining deep industry expertise, strategic advisory and AI-accelerated industrialized engineering to build complex connectivity solutions and proprietary industry intellectual property (IP) for operators."
Trinetix Digital Europe OÜ starts with an active portfolio of telecom clients and serves as a mission-critical partner for Tier-1 operators across European markets.
The joint venture was established by Trinetix together with Andrey Anissimov, Lukasz Olechnowicz, and Maryna Tirshu, who bring a shared professional history and complementary expertise. All three previously worked together at Infopulse, where Andrey was co-founder and CEO. Maryna Tirshu led the company's telecom practice, growing its revenue from €1M to more than €17M, while Lukasz Olechnowicz built its Polish operations and later led its group transformation programme and Business Development and Marketing, when Infopulse revenue was around €100M. Over the past year, both have helped advance Trinetix’s business — Lukasz by strengthening its operations across EMEA, and Maryna by deepening its telecom expertise.
Andrey and Lukasz serve as Co-Chief Business Officers, jointly driving the venture's growth, geographic expansion and strategic customer relationships. Maryna Tirshu joins as EVP of Telecommunications, building the telecom unit — its structure, capabilities and business development. All three participate as partners and shareholders.
“We are aligned with Trinetix on the company transformation vision. I’m excited to be part of the venture model's implementation, teaming up with my long-time colleagues sharing commitment, values and customer-focused approach.”
“Years of working together taught us what shared values and strong teams can achieve. Trinetix gave us the chance to build something new around that as partners and shareholders in the venture. Going forward, we want to accelerate the development of a strong structure, drawing on the relationships and trust we’ve built with people we’ve succeeded with over the years.
The telecom venture represents the next step in Trinetix's evolution toward an industry-led ecosystem.
“Rather than organizing growth primarily around geographies or traditional service lines, Trinetix is building specialized businesses around industries where deep domain knowledge, dedicated technology capabilities and entrepreneurial leadership can create meaningful differentiation. Geographic markets such as EMEA and North America provide access to customers, talent, technology and partnerships, while the ventures convert those capabilities into specialized expertise, innovative software solutions and scalable business platforms.”
This is the second application of a model Trinetix Holding introduced in 2025 with its first industry-focused joint venture, a healthcare business in the US. That venture reached more than $8M in revenue within its first 18 months of operation by bringing together domain expertise, design, and engineering to build intelligent technology that connects and improves human and business workflows.
The holding group is now applying the same approach as it moves from a traditional service-line structure toward a federation of specialized industry businesses co-owned by the leaders who run them.
